LUDINGTON — Jason Neil MacDonald, 34, of 231 1/2 Second Ave., Manistee, was arrested by Ludington Police Department March 21 in connection to a breaking and entering that occurred last year at Max’s Small Engine Repair.

MacDonald had been extradited from Hillsdale County where he had been jailed for offenses not related to the Mason County charges.

He has been charged with the felony of breaking and entering into a building. MacDonald is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in 79th District Court on April 1, 2015 at 1:15 p.m. and is being held at the Mason County Jail on $15,000 bail.

MacDonald was previously arrested Sept. 20, 2014 by Scottville Police Dept. and charged with a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana.
