Arraignments include drug arrests, strangulation, tether tampering

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Schneider

– Brent Alan Schneider, 17, of 501 N. Robert St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 17 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance, possession of analogues and possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: March 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Larson

– Nathan Robert Larson, 38, of 2611 W. First St. Scottville, was arrested Feb. 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of possession of marijuana, second offense. Probable cause hearing: March 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Espinoza

– James Thomas Espinoza, 22, of 1790 N. Ridge View Ct., Ludington, was arrested Feb.15 by MCSO for a felony of assault by strangulation and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Teneyek

– David Andrew Teneyek, 29, of 2923 N. Sandy Lane, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 13 by MCSO for a felony of interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Andrea Ann Zwalesky, 40, of 3776 Peacock Rd., Wellston, was arrested Feb. 13 by MCSO for felonies of nonsufficient funds – three within 10 days, and nonsufficient funds over $100/under $500. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10.

Lynch

– John Martin Lynch, 60, of 156 ½ Quincy, Manistee, was arrested Feb. 12 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Henson

– Sheila Renae Henson, 33, of 302 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 3 by MCSO for a felony of interfering with an electronic monitoring device and habitual offender, fourth conviction. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Annette Lynn Espinoza, 46, of 1790 Ridge View Court, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: March 9 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Hunter James Klug, 19, of 4125 N. Sherman Rd., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 16 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Shane McClelland, 26, of 15283 Wallin Rd., Thompsonville, was arrested Feb. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Eric William McClelland, 25, of 307 ½ Cypress St., Manistee, was arrested Feb. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 16 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kenneth Craig Myers, 51, of 2426 160th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested Feb. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Eric J. Woods, 30, of 6735 Butters Rd., Fountain, was arrested Feb. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: March 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Gabriel Allen Rivera, 23, of 724 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 16 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 16 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Antonio Kenyan Robertson, 39, of 403 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 12 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Steven Michael Greiner, 59, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
