Thunder snow possible tonight, storm warning extended.

The National Weather Service has extended the snow storm warning until 4 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 15. Snowy and windy conditions with winds north-northeast at 25 to 35 mph are expected to continue. There is even a chance of a thunder. Low temperature will be -3 F with a 70 percent chance of snow with a total accumulation of around 2 inches.

  • Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015: A 10 percent chance of snow showers before 7 a.m. Mostly sunny and cold, with a high near 6. Wind chill values as low as -21. North northeast wind 7 to 14 mph. Sunday night: A 30 percent chance of snow showers after 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 2. Wind chill values as low as -11. East northeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming southeast after midnight.
  • Washington’s Birthday, Feb. 16, 2015: Snow showers. High near 20. Wind chill values as low as -7. Southwest wind 8 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of around 5 inches. Monday night: Snow showers. Low around 16. West wind 10 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of around 4 inches.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015: Snow showers likely. Cloudy, with a high near 19. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible. Tuesday night: Snow showers likely. Cloudy, with a low around 8. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
