Sheriff: 5 rollover crashes, no injuries

mcso_cruiser_k9MASON COUNTY — Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole reported five rollover crashes Thursday, Jan. 29, and none of the wrecks caused any injuries.

The first crash occurred on US-31 north of Hoague Road in Grant Township at 10:20 a.m. Related story here

The second rollover occurred at 3:20 p.m. on Schoenherr Road, south of Decker, in Branch Township. The third rollover was at 9:10 p.m. at Sugar Grove and Stephens roads in Sherman Township. At 10:30 p.m., the fourth rollover crash occurred at US-10 and Dennis Road in Amber Township. Less than 15 minutes later at 10:43 p.m., the fifth rollover wreck took place on East Sugar Grove Road in Sherman Township.

A vehicle slid off the roadway at Hansen and Meyers roads in Amber Township at 12:11 p.m. There was no damage to the vehicle, and no injuries were reported.

– 11:17 p.m., domestic assault, 1100 block of Lancer Lane, Pere Marquette Twp., report sent to Prosecutor’s Office for review.

– 11:30 p.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, Iris and Inman, PM Twp.
