This week’s arraignments: charges of meth lab operations, cocaine possession, larceny

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Warren

– Jason Warren, 33, of Mount Clemens, was Tuesday by Mason County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of analogues — hydrocodone. Warren faces double penalties if convicted. He is being held on $75,000 cash/surety bond. A preliminary hearing was set for 11:15 a.m. Feb. 11.

Wallager

– Russell Allen Wallager, 29, of 6030 E. US-10, Custer, was arrested Jan. 15 by the State Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of of controlled substance, operating/maintaining a lab involving firearm/other harmful device; controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine; and two counts of felony firearm. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 28 at 1:15 p.m., and a preliminary exam is set for Feb. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $75,000 cash/surety.

Ramirez

– Alice Christine Ramirez, 42, of 6030 E. US-10, Custer, was arrested Jan. 15 by SSCENT for felonies of controlled substance, operating/maintaining a lab involving firearm/other harmful device; controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine; and two counts of felony firearm. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 28 at 3 p.m., and a preliminary exam is set for Feb. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

Scherer

– William Henry Scherer III, 45, of 7127 Martin Rd., Fountain, was arrested Jan. 19 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense; driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense; and habitual offender, fourth offense. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 28 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Sheffield

– Tonya Marie Sheffield, 30, of 2611 W. First St., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of larceny in a building and habitual offender, third offense. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 28 at 1:15 p.m., and a preliminary exam is set for Feb. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Septrion

– Kimberly Sue Septrion, 44, of 924 Pine St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 17 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assaulting; resisting/obstructing police. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 28 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Sammy Sidney Seymour, 41, of 3054 Brye Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 17 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dawn Marie Silvers, 48, of 401 W. Second St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 19 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for Feb. 23 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Alicia Marie Talmadge, 25, of 508 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 17 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– James Allen Bills II, 26, of 505 N. Main St., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 7 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of residing in a student safety zone. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kevin Vincent Curran, 54, of 201 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 14 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for $2,500/10 percent. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Drew Percy Amy, 24, of 1253 N. Gordon Rd., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Julie A. Medina, 56, of 822 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 15 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Kehley Lynne Hansen, 27, of 2241 N. Stephens Rd., Custer, was arrested Jan. 15 by MSP-H for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security and driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– John Travis Huck, 27, of 1917 S. Sheppard Rd., Branch, was arrested Jan. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jacob Thomas Kruisenga, 18, of 909 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 15 by LPD for misdemeanors of minor in possession (MIP), third offense, and second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jonathon Ervin Anderson, 18, of 6225 S. Brye Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Richard Scott Patrick, 22, of 110 Thornwild Dr., Apt. A3, Scottville, was arrested Jan. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault. A pretrial is set for Feb. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo, 45, of 6694 E. Oak Ridge, Fountain, was arrested Jan. 16 by MCSO for misdemeanors of body art facility – general violation and body facility – no license. A pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
