Deputies seek warrant for fleeing suspect

SHERIDAN TWP. — A warrant is being requested for a 25-year-old Fountain man for domestic assault and tampering with a telecommunications device after deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 2400 block of 21st Street regarding an assault Saturday, Jan. 3, at 6:16 p.m.

The suspect fled on foot before deputies arrived.

– 4:24 p.m., a 46-year-old Fountain man was arrested for domestic violence after deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence in the 5300 block of N. Thunderbird, Sheridan Twp.

– 7:50 p.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, Schoenherr and Dewey, Sheridan Twp.

– 7:51 p.m., a 31-year-old Ludington woman was cited for open intoxicants following a traffic stop, First and Carr, PM Twp.

– 10:40 p.m., a 17-year-old Hart man and an 18-year-old Hart man were arrested for retail fraud, 4800 block of W. US-10 — Walmart, PM Twp.

Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015

– 3:01 a.m., a 21-year-old Ludington woman was arrested  for operating while intoxicated (OWI) following a traffic stop, Pere Marquette Hwy. and Conrad, PM Twp.

– 5:48 a.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, Lakeshore and Iris, PM Twp.

– 5:54 a.m., medical assist, 400 block of Walhalla, Branch Twp.

– 3:08 p.m., two-vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, US-10 and Meyers, Amber Twp.

– 4:55 p.m., one-vehicle crash, with injuries, Scottville north of Wilson, Riverton Twp. A 30-year-old Fountain woman was treated for non-life-threatening injuries after she lost control on the snowy road; ran off road; and struck several trees.

– 4:59 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Nelson and US-10, PM Twp.
