SUMMIT TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28-year-old Hart man Wednesday at 10:32 p.m. on two outstanding criminal bench warrants out of Mason County. The arrest followed a traffic stop at Pere Marquette Hwy. and Oceana Dr. The warrants included charges of domestic violence and possession of marijuana.

  • 7:34 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, northbound U.S. 31 expressway and Pere Marquette Hwy. overpass, Summit Twp.

  • 7:37 a.m.: Suspicious vehicle, Maple Road, Branch Twp.

  • 10:51 a.m.: Civil standby, 1200 block of Gordon Rd., Amber Twp.

  • 12:37 p.m.: Larceny of Australian shepherd puppy and wallet with contents, 100 block of West Millerton Rd., Sherman Twp.

  • 7:46 a.m.: Larceny of an iPad, 5700 block of West Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Twp.

  • 10:20 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Hwy. and Lenz Rd., P.M. Twp.
