LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 20, of 2034 Edgewood Ave., NE, Grand Rapids, was arrested Sept. 14 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and larceny in a building and one count of third-degree retail fraud. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $6,500/10 percent.

– Tyler Mitchell Howard, 24, of 13352 Sand Hill Ave., Cedar Springs, was arrested Sept. 14 for a felony of larceny in a building and and one count of third-degree retail fraud. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Shekeatha Nicole Rogers, 30, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 9 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 29 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Vincent Louis Grassa, 42, of 1817 W. Conrad Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 16 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Sept. 29 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 20, of 2034 Edgewood Ave., NE, Grand Rapids, was arrested Sept. 14 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 19 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Denise Lynn Wright, 42, of 912 N. Emily St., Apt. B3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dean William Dostal, 50, of 2630 N. Sherman Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 14 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Beatrice Vania Desandre, 35, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of defrauding an innkeeper. A pretrial is set for Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
