LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Craig Manly Holtrust, 35, of 606 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 15 of open intoxicant in a motor vehicle – passenger. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Gonzalo Gonzalez-Nava, 34, of 13275 Spruce Ave., Grant, was found guilty Sept. 15 of three lines unbaited. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $275 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Patricia Green, 49, of 1992 Wood St., Muskegon, one count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed Sept. 11. “Necessary state’s witness cannot be located after reasonable efforts have been made to locate said witness. State is unable to serve said witness with subpoena,” court records state.

– Renee Michelle Golnick, 31, of 2931 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, one count of DWLS was dismissed Sept. 11. “Defendant has taken steps to reinstate her license. Prosecution of this matter not warranted in the interests of justice,” court records state.
