LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Morin

Morin

– Enrice Domingo Morin, 19, of 713 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 2 pf probation violation. He was sentenced to a minimum of one and a half years to a maximum of 10 years with a Michigan Department of Corrections prison for each count with credit for 315 days served in jail for each count. He was also ordered to pay $15,545 in restitution and $576 in fines and costs. He was found guilty June 26 of controlled substance, delivery less than grams and sentenced to a minimum of one and half years to a maximum of 20 years in prison with credit for 18 days served in jail and $548 in fines and costs. One count of habitual offender, third conviction, was dismissed.The prison terms are concurrent. His probation stems from March 3, 2013 convictions of attempted arson of real property and breaking and entering a building with intent.

– Javonty Lamar Mansfield, 21, of 7420 S. Evergreen Rd., Branch, was found guilty Sept. 2 of probation violation. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 105 days served; serve 160 days forthwith; balance to be served at the court’s discretion; tether for 90 days after completing jail sentence; $1,434.84 in restitution; $498 in fines and costs; and probation extended until Dec. 10. His probation stems from an Aug. 2, 2011 conviction of larceny from a building.

– Daniel Neal Cole, 54, of 174820 174th Ave., Ferrysburg, was found guilty July 8 of operating under the influence liquor (OUIL), third offense. He was sentenced Sept. 2 to 270 days in jail with credit for 103 days served; serve seven months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; after serving six months in jail, may sign into a treatment facility for a minimum of 30 days; 60 days of community service; and $1,148 in fines and costs; and two years probation. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS)/allowing a suspended person to operate was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Robin Rae Bakies, 51, of 302 N. Robert St., Ludington, was found guilty July 15 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second offense. He was sentenced Sept. 9 to one year in jail with credit for 80 days served; serve three months up front (already served) with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; two years probation; and $698 in fines and costs.

– Austin William Buchholz, 18, of 458 S. Mill St., Custer, was found guilty July 22 of three counts of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture. He was sentenced Sept. 9 to three concurrent terms of 270 days in jail with credit for two days served; serve three months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; school release authorized; $1,704 in fines and costs; and 18 months probation. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture was dismissed.

– Jeremy Jason Bonneau, 40, of 6765 Ann St., Ludington, was found guilty July 15 of OUIL, third offense, and habitual offender, third conviction. He was sentenced Sept. 9 to one year in jail with credit for 169 days served; serve eight months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 60 days community service; 18 months probation; and $1,098 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
