79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

– Andrea Benet Pena, 34, of 6425 W. Linden Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for two felony counts of possession of analogues. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Steven Michael Outcalt, 49, of 2443 Brunson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 22 by LPD for two felony counts of larceny $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Joseph Michael Cook, 22, of 8010 N. Custer Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Aug. 20 by MCSO for a felony of third-degree CSC. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– James Richard Boles, 54, of 2240 N. 34th St., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 19 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Thomas Wayne Roberts, 45, of 458 S. Mill St., Custer, was arrested Aug. 21 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Steven Phillip Hogan, 52, of 1429 Timber Trail, Greenwood., Ind., was arrested Aug. 24 for misdemeanors of operating with high blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 22 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Beatrice Lange, 48, of 509 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
