Custer man arrested for domestic violence

CUSTER — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 45-year-old Custer man Thursday afternoon for domestic violence. The man was arrested on South Mills Street at 2:15 p.m. following an investigation.

Other activity of the MCSO for Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014 included:

– 8:20 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Scottville and Chauvez roads, Riverton Twp.

– 4:44 p.m.: Car/pole crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 east of Jackson Rd., Pere Marquette Twp.

– 5:03 p.m.: Three vehicle rear-end crash, minor injuries, U.S. 10 and Pere Marquette Hwy., P.M. Twp. Two drivers were treated for minor injuries.

– 7:32 p.m.: Disturbance at Meijer, 3900 W. U.S. 10-31, Amber Twp. Female left store before deputies arrived.

– 11:41 p.m.: Threatening phone calls, 5300 block of West U.S. 10, Pere Marquette Twp.carter_080114
