79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Cory Odell Derrick, 37, of 803 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 11 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of larceny from a building and habitual offender, fourth offense. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Two days earlier (Aug. 9), he was arrested by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Elrico James Brooks, 34, of 308 E. Court St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) for misdemeanors of second-offense domestic violence and assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $4,500/10 percent.

– Milio Dianmond Aguilar, 21, of 611 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Carlos Martin Lopez, 22, of 512 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Luciano Michael Maniaci, 17, of 2470 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 6 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Ericka Nordstrom Wingerter, 41, of 8569 US-31, Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 9 by MSCO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
