51st Circuit Court sentencings

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday in 51st Circuit Court:

Reamer

Reamer

– Aaron Michael Reamer, 29, of 401 Seventh St., Ludington, was found guilty Aug. 12 of probation violation stemming from 2010 convictions of criminal sexual conduct (CSC), second degree, assault and controlled substance, delivery/manufacture. He was sentenced to a minimum of one year and eight months to a maximum of five years in a Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) prison for the first count and a minimum of one year, eight months to a maximum of four years in an MDOC prison for the second count. Counts run concurrent, and he received credit for 380 days served in jail. He was also ordered to pay $546 in fines and costs.

Moore

Moore

– Brian James Moore, 30, of 205 S. Rath Ave., Ludington, was found guilty June 26 of larceny from a vehicle. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with credit for 75 days served; serve 90 days up front (already served); balance to be served at the court’s discretion; $498 in fines and costs; and 18 months probation. One count of breaking and entering a vehicle, less than $200, and one count of larceny less than $200 were dismissed.

Powell

– Brian Lee Powell, 25, of 6326 Russell St., Ludington, was found guilty June 26 of third-offense domestic violence. He was sentenced to 330 days in jail with credit for 103 days served; serve four months up front (already served); balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Two counts of interfering with an electronic device were dismissed.
