Mini golf event today will benefit Freedom Festival

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Jaycees will launch a series of Monday charitable events with a mini golf tournament today at the Jaycees mini golf course at Stearns Park.

Tonight’s event will benefit the 2014 Freedom Festival. The event will take place from noon until 9 p.m Thirty percent of all sales at the course today will be donated to the 2014 Freedom Festival Fund.

“The Ludington Area Jaycees are very excited to sponsor the Charity Monday Events,” said Jamie Spore of the Jaycees. “We look forward to creating and strengthening relationships with other community organizations through these events.  The Charity Monday Events are a great way to promote both the Ludington Area Jaycees’ Mini Golf and the associated community organizations, and for members of the community to come and support those organizations.”

The 2014 Mini Golf Prices are as follows:

Adults: $5 each

Children 6 to 12 years old: $4 each

Children 5 and under: free

Senior citizens: $4 each

Military and emergency service personnel: free
