Warrants sought for domestic assaults

Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office have requested arrest warrants with the charge of domestic assault for two men involved with separate incidents Wednesday.

The first took place at 12:04 a.m. in the 1400 block of North Custer Road, Custer Township. An arrest warrant is being requested for a 22-year-old Custer man.

The second took place at 6:08 p.m. in the 7100 block of East Stolberg Rd., Sheridan Township. An arrest warrant is being requested for a 24-year-old Fountain man.

Other activity of the sheriff’s office for June 25, 2014 included:

– 7:37 a.m.: Alarm activation, 3800 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp.

– 11:52 a.m.: Larceny, 4500 block of Tamarack St., Hamlin Twp. Chainsaw stolen and recovered.

– 1:24 p.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, minor injuries. U.S. 10-31 and Gordon Rd., Amber Twp.

– 2:05 p.m.: Breaking and entering, 5800 block of West Dewey Rd., Hamlin Twp.

– 5:36 p.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 and Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Twp.
