Several arrested Wednesday in separate incidents

Mason County Sheriff’s Office made several arrests Wednesday in separate incidents. Below is the activity of deputies for June 18, 2014.

– 12:28 a.m.: An 18-year-old Ludington man was arrested for possession of controlled substance at the corner of Pere Marquette Hwy. and Iris Rd., Pere Marquette Twp. Deputies were called to that location for a suspicious vehicle parked alongside the road.

– 12:25 a.m.: A 21-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Meyers Rd., P.M. Twp.

– 7:02 a.m.: Alarm activation, 4900 block of North Cleveland St., Village of Fountain.

– 7:46 a.m.: Gas drive off of $33.82, Airport EZ Mart, U.S. 10 and P.M. Hwy., P.M. Twp.

– 1:30 p.m.: Retail fraud, Wal-Mart, U.S. 10 and Meyers Rd., P.M. Twp. Case under investigation.

– 3:30 p.m.: A 32-year-old Ludington man was arrested on two outstanding warrants in the 5900 block of West Decker Rd., Hamlin Twp. The warrants included a felony warrant out of Mason County for drugs and a friend of the court warrant out of Macomb County in arrears of $12,534.

– 4:02 p.m.: A 50-year-old Free Soil man was arrested by probation/parole and the MCSO on a parole detainer in the City of Ludington.

– 6:41 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Stiles and Johnson roads, Amber Twp.
