LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in 79th District Court.
Felonies
–          Clinton Earl Seymour, 38, of 5350 W. Hesslund Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony counts of assaulting/resisting obstructing a police officer; domestic violence; and assault and battery. A preliminary exam is set for Jan. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
–          Bradley Elmer Luft, 50, of 612 N. Lakeshore Dr., Apt. 34, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony counts of assault by strangulation; interfering with an electronic communication device; third-offense domestic violence; and habitual offender, fourth conviction. A preliminary exam is set for Jan. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
–          Nicholas William Jamieson, 25, of 7896 E. US-10, Branch, was arrested Jan. 14 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Feb. 3 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
–          William Leon Wise, 29, of 2130 N. 34th St., was arrested Jan. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
–          Robin Jon Sarres, 56, of 1764 Patrick Henry Rd., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
–          Tracey Lynne Moody, 51, of 1857 Kennedy Blvd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 9 for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, false prescription. A pretrial is set for Jan. 27 at 11:45 a.m.Bail: $1,500/personal.
–          Hilary Lynn Williams, 35, of 809 S. Madison, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 9 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. A pretrial is set for Feb. 3 at 1:30 p.m.Bail: $2,500/personal.
–          Christopher Todd Bower, 43, of 3784 W. Hidden Forest Dr., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 5 by MCSO for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security and operating without a license. A pretrial is set for Feb. 3 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
–          James Christopher LeClair, 30, of 929 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 9 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set forFeb. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
