Two arrested Monday on warrants

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people Monday on separate incidences.

A 24-year-old Scottville man was arrested at 6:56 p.m. at 143 N. Jebavy Drive. He was charged with a probation violation and was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

A 23-year-old Ludington man was arrested at 7:11 p.m. following a traffic stop on Nelson Road south of Johnson Road. He was charged with failure to appear in court from a warrant out of Manistee County.

Other activity of the MCSO on Monday, Dec. 30, included:

– 12:56 p.m.: Gas drive off of $46.01, 5900 block of West U.S. 10, PM Twp.

– 3:55 p.m.: Retail fraud, 3900 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp., video games stolen, case remains open.
