Cox sworn in as Ludington mayor

LUDINGTON — Ryan Cox was sworn in as the new mayor of Ludington this afternoon. Cox’s term officially begins on Jan. 1.

Also sworn in were city councilors Kathy Winczewski, second ward, Wanda Marrison, fourth ward and Gary Castonia, sixth ward.
