LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate of the 79th District Court of Mason County:
Felonies
Donald Miller
– Donald Thomas Miller, 25, of 607 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 18 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of interfering with an electronic communication device. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Richard Anthony Gancarz, 64, of 8619 N. Budzynski Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Nov. 17 the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance manufacturing. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
Paulette Salazar
– Paulette Lynn Salazar, 29, of 309 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 15 by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for a felony of fraud, failure to inform over $500. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
Jack Larson
– Jack Walter Larson, 56, of 4336 S. Ordway Rd., Custer, was arrested Nov. 15 by SSCENT for felony of controlled substance delivery. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Stephen Legrand
– Stephen Ray Legrand II, 45, of 4435 S. Yale Ave., Baldwin, was arrested Nov. 14 by LPD for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
Samantha Fitzgerald
– Samantha Jean Fitzgerald, 23, of 6245 N. Comstock Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Nov. 14 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of first-degree retail fraud. A preliminary exam is set for Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Shalyn Dawn Raney, 25, no address listed, was arrested Nov. 15 by LPD for misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial was set for Nov. 18 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– Devin William Hawkins, 20, of 7616 E. Anthony Rd., Branch, was arrested Nov. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. A pretrial is set for Nov. 25 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Christopher Frank Ramsdell, 40, of 906 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 16, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Austin James McCumber, 18, of 118 Mt. Vernon, Scottville, was arrested Nov. 16 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set forDec. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent. He was also arrested for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Logan Owen Hardenburgh, 22, of 1774 Independence Ave., Apt. 10, Scottville, was arrested Nov. 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Dec. 2 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Morgan Montana Svidron, 22, of 2931 Anthony Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Nov. 19 by LPD for a misdemeanor of failure to report an accident. A pretrial is set for Dec. 9 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Paul Jason Gerbers, 39, of 1266 E. Hawley Rd., Custer, was arrested Nov. 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Dec. 2 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
