LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in the 79th District Court of Mason County:
Felonies
–         Nicole Lynn Kaiser, 25, of 214 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 21 by the State, Sheriffs and Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on one two felony count of controlled substance delivery, habitual offender/second offense,  and two felony counts of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of morphine habitual offender/second offense. For the first count of controlled substance delivery, habitual offender/second offense, a preliminary exam is set for Oct. 25 at 10 a.m.Bail: $3,500/10 percent. For the remaining counts, a preliminary exam is set for Oct. 30 at 11:15 a.m.Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.
–         Erin Brooke Peterson, 23, of 1068 Pineway, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of assault with a dangerous weapon and operating while intoxicated. A preliminary exam is set for the first count on Oct. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent. For the second count, a pretrial is set for Nov. 18 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
–         Michael Ryan Albaugh, 24, of 186 S. Walhalla Rd., Fountain, was arrested Oct. 17 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. A pretrial is set for Oct. 28 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
–         Eric Nelson Yeager, 29, of PO Box 84, Scottville, was arrested Oct. 22 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of MDOP. A pretrial is set for Nov. 25 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
–         Brian Ashley Sherman, 27, of 109 W. Fourth St., Scottville, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
–         Wayne J. Hall, 52, of 437 N. Bean St., Scottville, was arrested Oct. 21 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 30 at 11:50 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
