79th District Court arraignments, as of Oct. 16, 2013

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this week in front of the Mason County Magistrate in 79th District Court:

– Kyle Anthony Plasterer, 23, of 7121 E. Stolberg Rd., Fountain, was arrested Oct. 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of fleeing and eluding a police officer, second degree. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Dennis James Horn, Jr., 43, 4516 Edgewood St., Dearborn Heights, was arrested Oct. 10 for a felony of failure to pay child support. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash.

Misdemeanors

– Tyler Joel Griffin, 8876 N. 104^th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Oct. 5 by MSP-Hart post for misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without security. A pretrial is set for Oct. 28 at 10:15 a.m.

– Alex Ortiz-Jobbins, 18, of 1105 Lancer Lane, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 10 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Oct. 28 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Kayleigh Lynn Clark, 24, of 8776 104^th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Oct. 10 by MSP-Hart post for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud and DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 21 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Duane Michael Duggan, 50, of 515 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 12 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– David Alan Courteau, 38, no address listed, was arrested Oct. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny by conversion. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Dismissal

– Richard Zigmund Stepka, 24, of 2092 E. US-10, Custer, one count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed, Oct. 15.
