Badger sailing today

UPDATED: LUDINGTON — Repairs have been made to the Badger’s boiler tubing and the 60-year-old ship was sailing today. The ship had been docked since Tuesday evening.

“This is the first time this season that we have not sailed due to mechanical issues. We deeply regret the inconvenience we have caused our customers,” said Terri Brown, director of marketing and media relations.

The 2013 sailing season ends on October 13.
