West Shore Bank donates to local music programs

LUDINGTON  – West Shore Bank has recently donated $2,500 to local school music programs. The money was a portion of the vendor proceeds raised during the second annual Rhythm & Dunes Summer Community Concerts. This year’s concerts attracted thousands of music lover to Waterfront Park. Funds were donated to music programs at Ludington Area Schools, Mason County Central Schools and Mason County Eastern Schools.

In addition to the vendor proceeds, West Shore Bank added additional monies to enable donations totaling $2,250.

Rhythm & Dunes concerts and for making the event such a success,” said Raymond Biggs, president and CEO. “The Bank would also like to extend a special thank you to the vendors — Dave’sDogs, House of Flavors, Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Lela’s Kettle Corn – for generously donating a portion of their proceeds to the music programs.”

At a luncheon on Friday, September 13,bank representatives presented the donations to representatives from each school’s music program.
