Felonies
Carnahan
– Danielle Angela Carnahan, 18, of 317 ½ N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 9 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance delivery. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Emily Frances Rudnick, 22, of 715 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 8 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Mark Stewart Tester, 50, of 4646 W. Fisher Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 11 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of operating with a blood alcohol content. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Victor Samuel-Migel Bundy, 30, of 207 S. Park, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Kevin Michael Hackert, 43, of 3122 S. Palmer Blvd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 11:15 .m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Stanley Alfred Bayer, 38, of 1260 W. US-10, Scottville, was arrested Aug. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Meaghan Marie Morin, 23, of 4398 S. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington was arrested Aug. 13 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Dismissal
– Emily Marie Wagner, 21, of 2530 Scenic Highway, Frankfort, one count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed Aug. 13.
