LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:

–          Michael Lee Gonzalez, 25, of 954 E. Hile Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty July 11 of disorderly person – jostling. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines and costs.
–          Corey Evan Carsten, 27, of 5221 Durand Rd., Durand, was found guilty July 11 of disorderly person, public intoxication. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with fines and costs suspended.
–          Jeffrey Allen Keller, 24, of 7157 E. Martin Ave., Fountain, was found guilty July 9 of second-degree retail fraud. He was sentenced to $900.59 in fines, costs and restitution; one year discretionary jail for two years; and must attend Economic Crime Program. One count of receiving and concealing stolen property over $200 was dismissed.
–          Doulas MacArthur Mann, 51, of 4679 E. First St., Custer, was found guilty July 9 of failure to maintain security (no insurance). He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $580 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for one year. Charges of improper registration/failure to transfer and driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense, were dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
–          Kendra Sue Golnick, 30, of 790 N. 144th Ave., Hart, was found guilty July 9 of animals – abandon/cruelty. She was sentenced to $1,120 in fines, costs and restitution; and one year discretionary jail for two years. If balance is paid within 11 months, discretionary term ends.
–          Troy Douglas Henney, 28, of 7911 E. Navajo Trl., Branch, was found guilty July 9 of driving while license not valid/improper and medical marijuana – improper transportation. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $400 in fines and costs; and 90 days discretionary jail for one year. Conviction reportable to the SOS.
–          Eduardo Trevino, 32, of PO Box 133, Eastlake, was found guilty July 9 of DWLS. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $580 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years.
–          Kerri Jean Mackey, 43, of 2163 Windsor Lance, Manistee, pleaded no contest July 9 to stalking. She was sentenced to $580 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; and no contact with victim. Restitution is reserved.
–          Kaitlyn Kathleen Marchese, 21, of 1066 Pineway, Ludington, was found guilty July 9 of larceny $200 or more. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for two days served; $605 in fines, costs and restitution; one year discretionary jail for two years; and must attend Economic Crime Program. One count of larceny in a building was dismissed.
–          Deana Dyann Sodders, 46, of 3343 E. Hansen Rd., Custer, was found guilty of third-degree retail fraud. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $580 in fines and costs; and 93 days discretionary jail for one year.
