LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate of the 79th District Court.

–          Eliseo Gonzalez, 31, of 205 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested July 10 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for two felony counts of capturing/distributing image. A preliminary exam is set for July 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–          Morgan Marie Southern, 29, of 207 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested April 4 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for July 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Graham Joseph Crawford, 31, of 105 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested July 10 by SSCENT for felonies of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of marijuana (three counts); felony firearm (two counts); possession of analogues; and maintaining a drug house. A preliminary exam is set for July 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

–          Samuel Donald Morse, 43, of 2023 N. Benson Rd., Fountain, was arrested Feb. 20 by SSCENT for a felony of delivery of a controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for July 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

–          William Graywolf Wilson, 22, of PO Box 771, Manistee was arrested June 7 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Department (MCSO) for misdemeanors of operating with a blood alcohol level and OWI. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at (:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–          Patrick Richard Allen, 45, of 5915 Third St., Ludington, was arrested July 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of larceny than $200. A pretrial is set for July 22 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Lauren Charlene Spinner, 22, of 414 Thornwild Dr., Apt. B-1, Scottville, was arrested July 16 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
