LUDINGTON — The following hearings took place this past week in 79th District Court:

–         Annette Lynn Thompson, 41, of 501 ½ Filer St., Ludington, was found guilty June 12 of disorderly person/disturbing the peace. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $285 in fines and costs; and 90 days discretionary jail for one year.

–         Larry Robert Mott, 62, of 5667 Brookwood Place, Ludington, was found guilty June 11 of operating while intoxicated, second offense. He was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; must attend Impact Weekend and follow recommendations (jail term will be waived upon completion); outpatient treatment; $1,545 in fines costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; must attend Alcoholics Anonymous twice a week for two years; and random preliminary breath tests (PBTs). Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
–         Kimberly Marie Ziemkowski, 25, of 610 E. Danaher St., Ludington was found guilty June 11 of third-degree retail fraud. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend Economic Crime Program; and $580 in fines and costs.
–         Michael Benjamin Wolfinger, 22, of 842 N US-31, Scottville, was found guilty June 11 of DWLS. He was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for two years and $740 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         Robert Roy Lange, 26, of 129 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville, was found guilty June 11 of driver transporting open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for two years and $265 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty June 11 of DWLS and sentenced to one year discretionary jail for two years and $760 in fines and costs. Convictions are reportable to the SOS.
–         Chris Michael Yeck, 26, of 6433 W. Dewey Rd., Ludington, was found guilty June 11 of operating while intoxicated, second offense. He was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; must attend Impact Weekend and follow recommendations (jail term will be waived upon completion); one year discretionary jail for two years; must have an updated substance abuse evaluation; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; $1,545 in fines and costs; and alcohol highway safety education (AHSE). Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         Ryan Michael Tomlin, 26, of 610 Deering St., Garden City, Mich., was found guilty June 11 of DWLS. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; and $740 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         John Alan Huck, 52, of 202 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty June 11 of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must have substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and $580 in fines and costs.
–         Chad Wesley Foster, 31, of 4869 Ford Lake Rd., Fountain, was found guilty June 11 of DWLS. He was sentenced to $580 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years. Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         Jeffrey Steven Paulsen, 19, of 389 S. Walhalla Rd., Walhalla, was found guilty June 13 of purchase, consume and/or possession of alcohol/under 21 (minor in possession — MIP). He was sentenced to $335 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         Angel Marie Larm, 17, of 1360 Bell Coney, Wixom, Mich., was found guilty June 13 of MIP second-offense and was sentenced to $335 in fines and costs; nine months probation; no alcohol/drugs; 20 hours community service; must seek and maintain summer employment; and must attend school every day with no unexcused absences or tardies.
–         Zachary Robert Hubbard, 19, of 724 Ludington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty June 13 of MIP. He was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs; nine months probation; no alcohol/drugs; and 15 hours community service.
–         Joshua Lehr-Ray Henry, 30, of 2657 N US-31, Scottville, was found guilty June 13 of taking a Canada goose – closed season. He was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
–         Carly May Kalkauski, 22, of 215 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was found guilty June 13 of DWLS and sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the SOS.
–         Larry Robert Mott, 62, of 5667 Brookwood Pl., Ludington, was found guilty June 11 of refusing a PBT. He was sentenced to $180 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

–         Kristen Brooke Iverson, 27, of 5633 N. Jebavy, Ludington, one count of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200 was dismissed June 11.
–         Becky Torres Contreras, 38, of 9 Duffy St., Manistee, one count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed June 17.
–         Charles Payne Vaughn, 68, of 2280 Benson Rd., Fountain, one count of assault and battery was dismissed June 19.
