–          Teresa Lynn Adamczak, 33, of 5317 N. Thunderbird Dr., Fountain, was arrested May 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for June 17 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–          Douglas MacArthur Mann, 50, of 4679 E. First St., Custer, was arrested May 29 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP-Hart) for misdemeanors of DWLS and operating without security. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
–          Tiera Leigh Pierce, 33, of 412 Thornwild, Apt. A4, Scottville, was arrested May 28 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating with a blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated (OWI). A pretrial is set for July 1 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
–          Mario J. Carter, 42, of 407 S, Harrison St., Apt 4, Ludington, was arrested May 26 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of second-offense controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for June 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
–          Becky Torres Contreras, 38, of 9 Duffy St., Manistee, was arrested May 24 for MSP-Hart for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
–          Jennifer Lee Albrecht, 22, of 6604 W. Virnetta Dr., Ludington, was arrested May 29 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating with a blood alcohol content and OWI. A pretrial is set forJuly 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
–          Ashley Lynn Anderson, 21, of 2018 N. 8th St., Fountain, was arrested June 1 by MCSO for misdemeanors of embezzlement – agent or trustee and second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
–          Michael Allen Locke, 29, of 815 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested June 3 by MCSO for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and second-offense DWLS. A pretrial is set for June 24 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
