LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:

– Barbara Lynne Williams, 49, of 738 Liberty St., Kalamazoo, was found guilty May 1 of driving while license suspended/revoked/denied. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State.

– Damian Michael Wilder, 25, of 1233 Sherman, Ludington, was found guilty April 30 of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail; one year discretionary jail for two years; $580 in fines and costs; must have substance evaluation and follow recommendations; no contact with victims; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and random drug tests. Restitution in this matter is reserved. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Joseph James Taibl, 23, of 1131 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty May 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation. He was sentenced to $335 in fines and costs.

– Gary Leeroy Chimel, 32, of 308 5th St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was found guilty May 7 of OWI, second offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; must report to jail in four months unless completed Impact Weekend Program; one year discretionary jail for two years; $1,545 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment (completed); no alcohol/drugs; and random PBTs. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

– Danyel Rebecca Horsley, 25, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 13, Ludington, was found guilty May 7 of retail fraud, second degree and driving while license suspended/revoked/denied She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for three days served; jail term is concurrent for the two counts; one year discretionary jail for two years; must attend the Economic Crime Program; and $580 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended/revoked/denied, second offense was dismissed. Driving while license suspended/revoked/denied conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

– Jenna Diane Myers, 19, of 4631 W. Deren Rd., Ludington, was found guilty May 7 of retail fraud, third degree. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 22 days served; $581.58 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and must attend Economic Crime Program; must seek and maintain employment.

– Sierra Lyn Trivisonno, 22, of 109 E. Broadway St., Scottville, was found guilty May 7 of assault and battery. She was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,014.44 in fines, costs and restitution; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and no contact with victim. One count of malicious destruction property was dismissed.

– Fredrick William Shaheen, 51, of 325 W. Breckenridge, Ferndale, one count of indecent exposure dismissed May 2.

– Christopher Lee Merriman, 33, of 418 W. Millerton Rd., Scottville, one count of driving while license suspended, dismissed May 6.

– Steven Patrick Swantek, 45, of 7065 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, one count of aggravated domestic violence was dismissed May 7.

– Alicia Marie Talmadge, 23, of 508 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington, one count of domestic violence was dismissed May 7.
