Felony
– Robert James Miller, 40, was arrested March 22 by MCSD for criminal sexual conduct first degree. He is being lodged in the Mason County Jail on $50,000 cash bond. A preliminary examination in district court is scheduled for April 3 at 11:15 a.m.

Misdemeanors
– Tricia Rene Axel, 36, 3630 Hogan Rd., Pentwater, was arrested by MCSD for retail fraud second degree. Bond: 10% of $3,500; pre: April 15, 10 a.m.
– Melodie Lynn Breitner, 31, 1877 E. Hoague Rd., Free Soil, was arrested March 24 by MCSD for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: April 15, 9:45 a.m.
– Jamie Jo Seymour, 35, 107 Castle Dr., Lansing, was arrested March 24 by MCSD for retail fraud second degree. Bond, 10% of $3,500; pre: April 15, 10:30 a.m.
– Michelle Anne Johnson, 50, 207 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested March 24 by MCSD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% of $5,000; Pre: April 22, 9:30 a.m.
– William Dennis Downs, 52, 54 E. 72nd St., Idlewild, was arrested March 23 by MCSD for larceny. Bond, personal, $3,500; pre: April 8, 2:15 p.m.
– Zachary Robert Hubbard, 19, 721 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 24 by MCSD for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% of $2,500. Pre: April 29, 1:30 p.m.
– Ernest Michael Hernandez, 41, 4455 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Twp., was arrested March 22 by MCSD for domestic violence second offense. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: April 22, 10 a.m.
– Nathan Edward Bates, 19, 4015 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Twp., was arrested March 23 by MCSD for minor in possession of alcohol third offense. Bond, 10%, $2,500; pre: April 8, 2:45 p.m.
– Raymond Allen Anthony, 36, 501 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 25 by MSP for interfering with electronic communications. Bond, 10% of $7,500; pre: April 3, 11:15 a.m.
