Four sentenced in circuit court

LUDINGTON — Bobby Neal Harris, 27, 612 N. Lakeshore Dr., Rm. 15, Ludington was found guilty on March 21 in 51st Circuit Court for violating his probation. The violation stems from a 2012 conviction of carrying weapons with unlawful intent. He was sentenced to two to five years prison for each count along with $1,148 in fines and costs.
Nicholas Wayne Partridge, 26, 156 E. 48th St., Lot 49, Holland, was also sentenced for a probation violation. The violation stems from a March 8, 2011 conviction of domestic violence and marijuana possession. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail and $2,827 in fines/costs.
William Ellis Grant, 44, 746 Dusty, PO Box 201, Irons, was sentenced for the Feb. 8 conviction of fleeing from a police officer fourth degree. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail, serving 63 days up front; 12 months probation and must pay $498 in fines/costs.
Henry Clayton Williams III, 35, 543 S. Walhalla Rd., PO Box 414, Walhalla, was sentenced for the Feb. 8 conviction of failure to pay child support. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, serving 30 days up front; 60 months probation; $498 in fines/costs.
