Governor will not be in Ludington today

November 3, 2012

LUDINGTON — Gov. Rick Snyder will not be in Ludington today, though it was announced earlier this week that he and the Lt. Governor both would be here for a campaign stop. The Mason County Press has been told that Attorney General Bill Schuette along with Congressman Bill Huizenga and senate candidate Pete Hoekstra will be here along with several justices and a judge.

The stop, scheduled for 3:45 to 4:15 at the Stearns Hotel, is part of a 24 stop, 4 day tour promoting the Republican party’s stance on the ballot proposals in Tuesday’s election. The next stop on the tour will be at the Manistee Republican headquarters, 28 Arthur Street, Manistee from 5:15 to 6 p.m.
