Sentence: $155, 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, upon payment of fines/costs discretionary jail term will end. Also found guilty on Oct. 30 for Retail Fraud Third Degree. Amanda Beth Franklin, 33, 8633 N. Stephens Rd., Free Soil Twp., found guilty on Oct. 25 for Prowling-Disorderly. Sentence: 10 days jail, $265.

Christopher James Quick, 19, 3280 E. First St., Custer Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Impaired Driving. Sentence: 1 day jail, Alcohol Highway Safety Education, $1,145, 93 days discretionary jail for 1 year, must attend next session of Victims Impact Panel.

William Dennis Padron, 22, 2920 N. U.S. 31, Sherman Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Controlled Substance Possession of Marijuana. Sentence: 2 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 1 year, must have substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendation, $580.

Jon Lloyd Maccune, 20, 924 E. Tinkham, Apt. 201, Ludington, found guilty on Oct. 30 for Retail Fraud Second Degree. Sentence: 30 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, must sign a court ordered wage assignment and if no funds are received a warrant will be issued for arrest, must keep court informed of address and phone number, must attend the Economic Crime Program, $1,340.
