Sentences

Cynthia Marie-Schmock Reimann, 62, 4855 28th St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, found guilty on Oct. 29 for Controlled Substance Possession of Marijuana. Sentence: $580, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years.

Danielle Mae Bilbia, 23, 6550 E. Glenn Lane, Sherman Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Unlicensed Dog. Sentence: $155, 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, upon payment of fines/costs discretionary jail term will end. Also found guilty on Oct. 30 for Retail Fraud Third Degree. Sentence: $580, 93 days discretionary jail for 1 year, must attend economic crime program.

Douglas Gordon LeClair, 58, 664 W. Sugar Grove, Victory Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Larceny. Sentence: 30 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, $880.

Alexis Joanne Sandretto, 20, 715 N. Rowe St., Ludington, found guilty on Oct. 30 for B&E with a Motive to Steal Property. Sentence: 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, $580.

James Allan Miel, 23, 3319 Michillinda Rd., Whitehall, found guilty on Oct. 31 for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, Second Offense. Sentence: 30 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, must attend impact weekend within next 90 days to receive a 28 day jail credit, must not enter establishments that serve alcohol, subject to random drug tests, must complete all aftercare recommendations of Impact Weekend, vehicle used in offense shall be immobilized or forfeited, $1,545.

Dustin Ried Southern, 25, 301 W. Third St., Apt. 426, Scottville, found guilty on Oct. 30 for Retail Fraud Second Degree. Sentence: 27 days, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, $750.

Leroy William Bretschneider, 60, 377 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Twp., found guilty on Oct. 25 for DWLS. Sentence: $285, 30 days discretionary jail for 1 year, probation.

Jenna Diane Myers, 18, 4631 W. Deren Rd., Riverton Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Attempted Assault/Resisting/Obstruction. Sentence: 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, may perform 58 hours community service instead of paying fines/costs if performed within 6 months, random drug tests one time per week until further order of court, must take prescribed medications appropriately, $580.

Eric Charles Golembiewski, 30, 310 W. Fourth St., Scottville, found guilty on Oct. 29 for DWLS. Sentence: 93 days discretionary jail for 1 year, $285, probation.

Patrick Allen Shira, 19, 5963 Sixth St., Pere Marquette Twp., found guilty on Oct. 25 for Disorderly Person Jostling. Sentence: 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, must perform 15 hours of community service and report completion to court, must take all prescribed medications, must attend school everyday with no unexcused absences or tardies, $123, probation.

Amanda Beth Franklin, 33, 8633 N. Stephens Rd., Free Soil Twp., found guilty on Oct. 25 for Prowling-Disorderly. Sentence: 10 days jail, $265.

Christopher James Quick, 19, 3280 E. First St., Custer Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Impaired Driving. Sentence: 1 day jail, Alcohol Highway Safety Education, $1,145, 93 days discretionary jail for 1 year, must attend next session of Victims Impact Panel.

William Dennis Padron, 22, 2920 N. U.S. 31, Sherman Twp., found guilty on Oct. 30 for Controlled Substance Possession of Marijuana. Sentence: 2 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 1 year, must have substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendation, $580.

Jon Lloyd Maccune, 20, 924 E. Tinkham, Apt. 201, Ludington, found guilty on Oct. 30 for Retail Fraud Second Degree. Sentence: 30 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, must sign a court ordered wage assignment and if no funds are received a warrant will be issued for arrest, must keep court informed of address and phone number, must attend the Economic Crime Program, $1,340.
