Talen Christian Woods, 19, Idlewild was found guilty on June 20 of Reckless Driving Causing. Sentence: 2 to 15 years in jail, f/r $4,935.97.

Kristine Dawn Seymour, 43, Manistee was found guilty on June 19 of Uttering and Publishing. Sentence: 270 days in jail serving 6 months up front and balance served at court’s discretion running concurrent with a case from Manistee County, f/r $1,540, 36 months probation.

Amanda Beth Franklin, 32, Free Soil Twp. was found guilty on Aug. 7 of Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated. Sentence: 2 days in jail consecutive, 93 days discretionary jail for 1 year, must attend victims impact panel, f/r $1,545, outpatient treatment.

Terry Allen McCauley, 51, Chase, Mich. was found guilty on Aug. 7 of Driving while License Suspended/Revoked. Sentence: 2 days in jail consecutive, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, f/r $580. 

Daniel Marsden Cordova, 30, Hamlin Twp. was found guilty on Aug. 7 for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana. Sentence: License suspended 180 days, f/r $580, 1 year discretionary jail for 1 year.
