Mario John Carter, 42, Ludington was found guilty on June 12 of the following crimes: Assault with a weapon, domestic violence third offense, habitual offender. Sentence: 188 days in jail for two counts, $616 r/f.

Heather Jolene Lambrix, 18, Ludington was found guilty on June 12 of the following crimes: Operating a vehicle while license suspended, revoked or denied, 2 counts. Sentence: 365 days in jail per count, concurrent, reporting at 8 p.m., $11,367 r/f, 36 months probation.

Cory Daniel Sadler, 27, Ludington was found guilty on May 9 of the crime of controlled substance delivery/manufacturing. Sentence: 90 days in jail, $518 r/f, 12 months probation.

Arraignments
Anthony Pianto, 36, Ludington was arraigned for assault and battery following the Aug. 9 arrest by MSP. Pretrial is Aug. 27, 9:30 p.m.

Anthony John Beck, 20, Ludington was arraigned for possession of a controlled substance following the Aug. 8 arrest by SSCENT. Pretrial: Aug. 22, 11:15 a.m.

Terry Lee Lange, 30, Ludington was arraigned for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, following the Aug. 9 arrest by LPD. Pretrial: Aug. 27, 10:30 a.m.

Brandon Dean McCann, 21, Ludington was arraigned for larceny from a motor vehicle following the Aug. 9 arrest by MCSO. Pretrial: Aug. 22, 11:15 a.m.

Andrew Christopher Betka, 27, Ludington was arraigned for being disorderly following the Aug. 2 arrest by SSCENT. Pretrial: Sept. 10, 1 p.m.

Rebecca Jeanne McWilliams, 17, Amber Township, was arraigned for retail fraud third degree following the Aug. 6 arrest by MCSO. Pretrial Aug. 20, 1:45 p.m.

Robert Cecil Welsh, 38, Ludington was arraigned for driving while license suspended following the Aug. 7 arrest by LPD. Pretrial: Aug. 20, 10:45 a.m.

Sentences
Michael Nugene Johnson, 21, Ludington was found guilty on Aug. 6 for giving false information to the police. Sentence: 30 days in jail, 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, 12 months probation. Mr. Johnson was also found guilty on Aug. 6 for driving while license suspended. Sentence: 30 days in jail, 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, probation.

Shawn Michael Bennett, 18, Hamlin Township, was found guilty on Aug. 9 for failure to report an accident. R/f: $325.

Donald Wicklow Beeker, was found guilty of careless driving. He is ordered to pay $175 in f/r, suspended.

Michael Lee Spalding, 35, Hamlin Township was found guilty on Aug. 7 of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated second offense. Sentence: 90 days in jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, r/f $1,545

David Theodore McDaniel, 43, Hart was found guilty on Aug. 7 for driving while license suspended. Sentence: 3 days in jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years. r/f $760.

Ricky Lee Hendrickson Jr., 43, Ludington was found guilty on Aug. 7 for driving while license suspended or revoked. Sentence: 21 days jail, 1 year discretionary jail for 2 years, r/f $760.
