Winter painting

Bonnie Chaltron Harris of Custer took this photograph of artist Charles Schadel Saturday afternoon. “I was heading into the Ludington State Park,” Harris said. “He was off the side of road just south of the entrance, painting a dune scene. He has been painting for many years and does beautiful work.”
