LUDINGTON — Ludington’s city council met in closed session Monday night to discuss a lawsuit from resident Tom Rotta. Rotta’s lawsuit alleges the city violated the Michigan Open Meetings Act (see previous stories). According to mlive.com, Ludington city attorney Richard M.
