SCOTTVILLE — Correspondent Miranda Beebe sent in these photographs from Thursday night’s Mason County Central middle school baskeball games against Shelby. MCC’s seventh grade team lost 16-15 and the eighth grade team was defeated in overtime 23-18.

SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central’s varsity volleyball team won both matches Thursday night against Suttons Bay (25-9, 25-13) and Reed City (25-17, 26-28, 17-15). MCC’s junior varsity team also won defeating Suttons Bay 25-10, 25-14 and Reed City 11-25, 25-10, 25-14.
