Boat explosion injuries 2 LUDINGTON — A boat explosion at Ludington Municipal Marina Friday evening injured two people. Emergency personnel were dispatched to the marina at 11:29 p.m. for a reported water emergency. An explosion occurred on a 38-foot 1996 Carver Cabin Cruiser boat docked at the marina.
