Fifth Street in Ludington to undergo construction

LUDINGTON — Fifth Street between Lincoln and Sherman streets will receive a major overhaul this summer. City Council is expected to approve the low bid of $287,506.25 from Hallack Contracting of Hart for the replacement of water and sanitary sewer lines and repaving the street.
