Culvert failure closes North Stiles Road. VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Stiles Road between Fountain Beyer roads is closed due to culvert failure.  The detour route is Quarterline Road between Fountain and Beyer roads out to US-31.  Northbound Stiles Road traffic should use Fountain Road to US-31.
