Stearns Park beach and north breakwater remain closed today. LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department has announced that the north breakwater and Stearns Park beach will remain closed today due to weather conditions. People may be on the beach at Stearns Park but swimming is not allowed. Police Chief Mark Barnett said the decision will be re-evaluated Thursday morning.
