SCOTTVILLE – The Scottville Clown Band Shell Tuesday night concert series is being extended this year. The season will begin a few weeks early and continue until the Tuesday before Harvest Festival. MANISTEE — The Mason County Central High School Concert Band participated at State Band Festival today in Manistee. Director Tom Thomas reported the band received a II rating, meaning above average. “They did great,” he said.
