Art center receives state grants.

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Center for the Arts (LACA) was recently awarded two grants from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA).  An operational support grant in the amount of $18,750 will support a skilled and dedicated staff for the non-profit arts center.  Of the amount provided by this grant $1,810 are federal funds from the National Endowment for…
