Harness racing scheduled at fairgrounds

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Harness racing will take place at the Mason County Fairgrounds at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23 and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24. On Monday, the Great Lakes Stakes will have 13 races and on Tuesday the Michigan-bred colt races will have nine races. There is over $200,000 in purse money. The event is free.…
