Scottville man pleas to CSC with a minor

LUDINGTON — A 31-year-old Scottville man will likely spend 4 to 15 years in prison for sexually abusing a minor female between 2001 and 2004. Frederick Lewis was originally charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree. In August, Lewis turned down a plea agreement from Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola.
