Breakwater closed, Aug. 8, 2019. LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department closed the north breakwater to pedestrian traffic Thursday morning, Aug. 8, 2019, due to weather conditions. If weather conditions improve, the breakwater will be re-opened, Barnett said.
