The Ludington library
The Mason County District Library will host Worm Day next week at its locations in Ludington and Scottville.
The Ludington library event will take place at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 21 and the Scottville library event will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23. Ms. Katie will talk about worms – how they behave, what they do for the soil, what they’re like. Participants will then get a chance to touch the worms. Attendees are encouraged to prepare to get a little dirty during the fully interactive program which will include sitting on the ground and enjoying time with nature.
All MCDL Programs are free. Children under age 8 must be supervised by an adult.
The Ludington branch library is located at 217 E. Ludington Ave. in downtown Ludington. The Scottville branch library is located at 204 E. State St. in Scottville.
